All Sternwood products are covered by our general sales conditions, commencing from date of delivery. Products with factory faults will be replaced at no charge to the client. Subject to the above, Sternwood will not be held responsible for any incidental work or expenses arising out of, or because of, any defect in our products and our liability shall not exceed our invoiced price.

No claim will be considered if:

• The product was not properly stored or handled.
  

• Agreed payment conditions were not adhered to.
  

• For indoor use in dry conditions only
• Cleaning should be done with a damp cloth only -
• No abrasive or chemical cleaners should be used
• Do not store leaky containers keep units dry at all times
• Wipe up spilled liquids immediately
• Avoid excessive heat or sunlight do not place hot items on counter tops
• Do not cut directly on counter top
• Not recommended for storing corrosive chemicals
